2. Custom Production Flow
Step 1: send pictures or designs to our company and tell us what kind of material you want to make.
Step 2: our development team will sculpt a prototype clay model for your confirmation or draw a technical graph for molds from your files. (If you have samples on hand, just send to us and we can copy it directly to speed up the sample.)
Step 3: Once we finish a prototype, we will send pictures to you for confirmation before molding.
Step 4: proceed with molding and make resin/metal samples.
Step 5: coloring the sample as per the design and send pictures for your approval.
Step 6: arrange air express courier to deliver the sample for review.

Mixed samples are acceptable.
2. What is the lead time?
A: Sample needs 2-3 days prepared; mass production time needs 15-25 days normally.
