3. SanQi sales send the Proforma Invoice with company sign .
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage-Inform the clients that we have got the payment,And will make the samples according to your request, send you photos or Samples to get your approval. After approval, we inform that we will arrange the production & inform the estimated time.
6. Middle Production-send photos to show the production line which you can see your products in . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production-Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also arrange the third party Inspection .
8. Clients make payment for balance and we Ship the goods .
9. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them .

5. FAQ
-1. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 50pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial
order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate
the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking
quality of our products and know our service.
-2. Can I get samples?
Sure. We ask sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain
quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier
account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge
to our bank, we will ship with our account. It takes about 7 days to reach.
-3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes about 7 days. If you want your own designs, it takes about 15 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
-4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days after we get your payment. We have large production capacity, which can
ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
-5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF,
etc.We will make 3D sculpture for your final confirmation based on technique.
-6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the
pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will
recommend some popular colors to you.
-7. What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposite after order signed and balance payment before shippment
