1. Production Flow
Step 1. Make a full scale clay model by confirmed drawings.
Step 2. Send finished model pictures with different angel to customer. Customer give suggestion to improve until model confirm.
Step 3.Cast the clay model or rubber molds.
Step 4. We will use traditional skill of sand casting and lost wax casting for sculptures.
Step 5. After cast out small pieces we will weld them together by final confirmed model photos.
Step 6. Patina color can be bronze finish, professional car painting or any color can be selected by customer.

2.What's the MOQ?
We usually require MOQ 50pcs for each item,if the items are smaller size,we need more MOQ,we will state it on our quotation.
3.Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea orprovide pictures.
We have done many OEM project for our customers.
Sample time is about 3-10 days.
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product.
4.How about your quality guarantee?
