1. How can I get the satisfied goods?
You just need a deposit before you seen the finished goods, we will send you large pixel photos when goods in producing and finished. Only you are satisfied about the goods and after your approval then we arrange for shipping.
2. How long I can get the goods?
Producing time:
Sculptures less than one container about 30-50 days according to order quantity. For the order less than 1 containers about 20-35 days.
Delivery time by sea:
To USA West coast about 25 days, USA East coast about 40 days,
To Europe about 35-45 days
To Australia about 35 days
To Asia:5-10 days
For air transport normally 3-4 days.
3. Can you arrange shipping to my door?
Yes, we can arrange shipping to your door, it need your detailed address, postcode and telephone number to let our shipping agent check for costs.
4. When the goods broken by chance how to do?
We will cover all risks insurance after loading container, the terms is door to door, if any broken by chance the insurance company will compensate.
For full container load orders,any broken, YueChance will compensate the good which broken!
