2. OEM and ODM service
Step One: We get pictures from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpture new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide the samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.
3. SHIPPING
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. We will send the items within 7 days once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in Customs Clearance Time in individual countries, which may affect how fast your product will be inspected. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional Customs Fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for Customs Duties.
We do our best to serve our customers. We will refund you if you return the items within 2 days of your receipt of the items for any quality reason before buyer open the package.
Before returning the items, please confirm with us the address and the logistics method. After you give the items to the logistics company, please send us the tracking number. We will deal with them as soon as we receive the items.

1. Can you make OEM or ODM service?
---Certainly, we accept OEM and ODM service. And we have own strong design team.
2.How is your after-sale service?
Every model has an unique product number. Every single model will get the help from our professional after-sale team through out its life.
3. Can I get a sample order?
Yes, sample order is ok for quality test. The payment of the sample order will be a discount in your second order.
4. Can I get your price list?
Yes, please tell us your detailed requirements in below blank. We will answer you in 24 hours.
5.What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
Different model has different MOQ, so please contact with us before you send order.
6. How soon we can get products?
We will arrange the production once get the bank slip of your payment. Usually the lead time is 7-15 days.
7. If the product I buy from you have some problem, what should I do?
A: The goods before we ship out will be checked whether it is good or not, if is damaged, we won’t ship to our customer .And if you really found the problem, Please take a photo and send back to us ,then we can check that . And if it is our duty, we will compensate you. Please note, if you could not contact me over a month, I am so sorry maybe I could not help you, because we will update our information in a month.
If you insist to return to good to us, it also is OK, but you should bear the shipping fee, and when we received the good, will refund you the money.
