2. Order Process
1.What you need to do is send us your design drawing, samples or design concept draft, after that we will assess your products and budget unit price for you.
2. We’ll communicate with you again about if there is a need for sample making after your approval.
3. Production time of samples: 10 days for simple samples and 12 to 15 days for complicated samples which need mold open.
4. For customers of first cooperation, we can make a proof for free to show our capacity and high efficiency service to you. As for particularly complicated samples, we will communicate with you separately.
5. Mass production delivery: usually delivery time is 25-35 days, but we can try 20-30 days if it is a rush order. It depends on production plan if it’s a sizable order.
6. Packaging: as to complicated products, we can arrange gift box based on your needs.

4. FAQ
Q1: Do your company make statues from customers’pictures?
A1: Yes, pls sent us your drawing
Q2: When can I get the price?
A2: We usually quote within 12 hours after get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us.
Q3: How long can I expect to get the sample/products?
A3: We have to make the 3D sculpture for the custom items first, then make the mold with the sculpture, finally make the products with the mold.
Normally we need 15 days for making sample.
Q4: What kind of shipping you use?
A4: Considering the volume is huge and air shipment costs much, sea shipment will be better, so if you want to have an order, pls send us your order information early. Sure, the air shipment or express is operational.
Q5: If my goods is broken when I get it, what should I do?
A6: It is not common that you receive one broken product. To be honest, it may happen because of some accidents during transportation.The goods may be broken because of violent collision caused by ship, truck or careless handling. Please take several photos of the packing before you open it. If the packing is okay, but goods is broken, it is our responsibility. On the contrary, if the packing and the goods are both broken, it is the logistic company's responsibility.
No matter whose responsibility it is, as long as the goods is broken, we will try our best to help you to solve it in shortest time.
Q6:What is payment/shipment terms do you have?

Q7:What should buyers do?
A7:Prepare the picturesof the items you need.
1. Photos taken from different angles. (The front, right and left side, back and top)
2. Photos show the body shape and cloth style.
3. Photos show the face. The more clear photos, the better we can make.
4. Photos or ideas about the action you want.
5. It would be better if you can tell us the following data (lenght, width and height).
