2. Order Process
1.We will provide samples with detailed photo quotation for your review.
2.You can go over the quotation upon receiving the samples to finalize the items you want by sending back the SC with your requirements and special needs in advance.
3.You need to wire the deposit by telex transfer(T/T)directly to our account.(a transferring bank slip is needed)
4.On receiving the deposit ,we will release the mass production and monitor the production procedure thoroughly.
5.We ship the container after Quality inspection before we receive the balance from you.
6.Sample costs will be surely returned after the bulk order when we receive the balance.
7.We will provide the documents according to your needs.
3. Packaging & Shipping
1.Production cycle: Usually 25 days, it depends on the quantity of the order, so please ask us for a clear time.
2.Packing: Bubble films protect products from damaging. We will pack carefully and pay attention to the damageable parts.
Big itmes need to be disassembled for shipping.

II. We accept land, air, sea transportation and international multimodal transportation.
III. Transit time: 7-10 days by air transportation, 25-50 days for ocean transportation.
4.Clearance: We are a professional export factory. We have experience of exporting to countries all over the world. And we have a long-term cooperation relationship forwarder, which are experienced with importing and exporting fiberglass products. Also you can specify an agent for clearance and transportation.

1. Can you provide me your catalogue?
We have thousands of products, including resin baby, wedding,religious,buddha,fairy,antique gifts,home decor items,holiday decoration items, metal windchime,stake,and many other products.
Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide me more information. Then I can recommend to you accordingly.
2.What's the MOQ?
We usually require a MOQ 50pcs for each item, if the items are smaller size, we need need more MOQ, we will state it on our quotation. As we are a factory,now,it's hard for us to produce,as we need to consider the mold cost and also the labor cost, many tks for your understand.
3. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure.we can made OEM and ODM items for you as long as you can tell us your idea or provide pictures.We have done many OEM project for our customers.
Sample time is about 15-20 days.
Sample fee is charged according to the size of the product, which is USD 18.00 for each inch.
4. How about your quality guarantee?
We’re 100% responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.We have very strict QC team,they will inspect the goods one by one both when white body and after paint.
