1.Artwork design(We design a model based on the customer's ideas or pictures.)
2.Sculpting(make clay sculpture according to design drawings)
3.Making molds(Make molds with silicone material)
4.Moulding(Use silicone material to make the product molds)
5.Grouting(Use polyresin material grouting the product molds)
6.trimming & repairing (White body's finished by grouting have some flaws, so need to trim and repair. )
7.spray painting(Use spray paint gun to spray the white body's with color)
8.color painting(Also called hand painting, most small details need to be painted by hand)p
9.Packing(When products finished, pack with common box, or as customized box)
10.Loading(After packing, load the cartons goods and prepare to ship out)
