2. OEM&ODM Flow
Step One: We get pictures or your resin army souvenir items designs from your company .
Step Two: Our development colleague will start sculpt new design from your design files or Pictures.
Step Three: If you provide your resin army souvenir items samples for us, we will copy it directly - that's very fast.
Step Four: Once we finish copy samples, or finish new design sculpts, we will send pictures to you to confirm it first before we process the mold.
Step Five: After getting the confirmation from you about the sculpt sample, we will start working on the sample molds and resin samples.
Step Six: We need a few days to work on the resin samples and paint it. After we finished painting, we will send pictures to you to confirm again.
Step Seven: Once we get finished sample approval from your company, we will arrange the delivery of our samples to you.
Q: May I get some discount?
A: Sure. Discount is available for large quantity.
Q: How can I get my goods?
A: In trade term of CIF, usually we deliver goods to the port of destination in your country by sea. Our forwarder agent would contact you to pick up the goods upon arrival. In trade term of FOB, you are supposed to inform your own forwarder to take the goods in Shenzhen China port.
Q: Do you offer door to door service?
A: Sure, we do.
Q: When can I get them?
A: It takes 7 days to prepare our products and 20-30 days for shipping. For your custom clock, it would take longer, depending on your design.
Q: Can you provide catalogue?
A: We have thousands of products, including resin swan, resin elephant, statue, electric plating resin products, abstract decoration, beauty series, horse, Tissue Box. and so on. They can be used for home, hotel, showroom, wedding, party, gifts etc. Please kindly tell me which kind of items you prefer to and provide us more information. Then we can recommend to you accordingly.
Q: What's the MOQ?
A: We usually require MOQ 50 piece(sets) for each item, if the items are smaller size, we need larger MOQ which is about 100pcs and we will state it on our quotation. Because we are a factory, it's hard for us to produce small quantity now, because we need to consider the mould cost and the labor cost. Many thanks for your understanding.
Q: Can you help make our own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
A: We can offer OEM and ODM service as long as you tell us your idea, provide pictures and measurements. We already have many OEM projects for our customers.
Sample time is about 15-20 days.
Sample fee is charged according to the material, size and quantity of the product.
Q: How about your quality guarantee?
A: We have very strict QC team, they will double check the goods one by one after finishing and before shipping. It's suggested that ceramic and resin products should be ordered in full container as they are fragile products, which can not be pressed by heavy furnitures, and we’re responsible for damage of full container goods if it’s caused by our improper package.
