A: We are the professional arts and crafts factory which has its own foreign trade department.
2.Which kind of crafts does your company provide?
A:Our company has different artificial arts and crafts, such as Christmas tree, Eiffel Tower, windmills, green sculpture, festival lanterns, shopping mall decorations and display props. We can also customize the crafts according to the requirements of customers.
3.What about the delivery time of products?
A: Different products will have different delivery time, generally we can control the delivery, 3-20 days are all OK.
4.Which payment do you accept?
A: For the payment methods, we accept T/T, D/P, L/C and western union. And for the payment terms, you need to pay 50% in the iinitial and the 50% balance can pay before loading.
5.What about the after-sale service?
A: We have our own after-sales department, they will provide you with professional guidance 7*24H.
